You depart Marrakech at 08:00 AM on the first day of your trip. It will follow the road running over the High Atlas through Tizi N’Tichka pass to Ouarzazate. Next, it will go to Agdz, the capital of the Draa Valley. The route has 6 palm groves. To Zagora, it passes lands of the moon and dry wells.

This little village was the land of one of the Saadian kings. This is where the first night of your tour will be spent. Dinner and sleep at the camp in Zagora.

Setting out for Erfoud. Passing N'kob, the palm grove of Mellal, Tazzarine, and Alnif across a wide, rough field. Midday meal en route. Evening meal and rest at the camp in Merzouga. It offers a wide view of the well-known sand dunes at dawn.

Head to Tinerhir by way of the Todra Gorges. They are a manmade place with tall, sharp rocks for walls. Many films were made here. Eat lunch and then enjoy time on your own. Have dinner and stay the night in a nice riad.

Go to Ouarzazate, going through Dades Valley, which is called the ' 100 kasbahs ' way. A wonderful place to rush by with castles made of mud, kasbahs, ksour,s lunch and look around the most well-known kasbahs in this part of the world, the kasbah of Taourirt and Ait Ben Haddou. The latter is a UNESCO World Heritage site, and it was the setting for many a film. Come back to Marrakech at the end of the afternoon by way of the Tizi n Tichka pass.
